Both players and parents are required to read this handbook in its entirety. You will find out how SAS handles issues like: 

• Tournament registrations/partnering
• Coaching at tournaments
• Practice/tournament dress code
• Player and parent responsibilities
• Grounds for removal from the team
• And more! 

After reading both documents, please sign and return the agreement to indicate that both the parent and player will abide by the expectations.

• Pay in Full: $2801.25 - 1 payment due 10/31/23 (reflects a 5% paid in full discount!)

• Installments: $500/installment - 6 payments due monthly (auto pay required)

Discounts (subtract from remaining balance of $3000): 

• $1000 discount for athletes in the Class of 2024 (Make sure the 2024 option is what is in your cart)

• Sibling discount (confirm amount with Meghan)

There are two ways to set up SportsEngine accounts. Some may have a parent account with an athlete sub-account; some may have the player as the account holder. It doesn't matter which you have, however we do expect that someone will get the notifications to their phone and will respond to the RSVP reminders.

There are certain areas of the SAS website you can only access by logging in to a rostered account, so you'll want to make sure you know the login and password.

New Players: 

Create a Sports Engine account AND complete the registration form to have access to the team calendar, team chat, practice RSVP, and more. Download the Sports Engine app for the most up to date information. Meghan will add you to the 2023-2024 SportsEngine roster after you complete this form and your deposit is paid, closer to the start of the season.

Returning Summer & Year Round Players: 

Meghan will add you to the SportsEngine roster for 2023-2024 after your deposit is received, closer to the start of the season.

All Players: 

Turn on notifications for SportsEngine. We expect that you see the reminders to RSVP and that you respond to them. 

We love for you to rep SAS any time you are playing in a tournament and especially when we are sending coaches to the event.  Be proud to represent your club!

When SAS coaches are at an event, athletes must wear a shirt that covers the midriff when arms are down and full coverage bottoms (spandex/shorts). 

One red uniform tank is included with your 2023-2024 team fee.
