This is a great opportunity to get used to moving in the sand, brush up on your skills and get some extra touches in prior to SAS Summer Tryouts! 

Open to anyone interested in trying out for SAS Summer!

Details: 

  • Clinic #1: Tues 4/21 | 8:00-9:30pm | Check In: 7:45pm
  • Clinic #2: Wed 4/22 | 5:00-6:30pm | Check In: 4:45pm
  • Great American Center, 17 Blair Rd, Aberdeen, NJ
  • $35/session
    • Sessions will be capped due to court space, so register ASAP to secure your spot!
    • No refunds for cancellations or no shows.

Club Director Meghan Blair will give an overview of each program within the SAS family throughout the year. Attend if you have interest in pursuing beach volleyball all year round! 

Questions that will be answered: 

  • Do I need beach experience to make the team?
  • Can I do indoor club and SAS?
  • Can I play beach volleyball in college? 
  • Is it too late to start playing beach? Too early?
  • How do tournaments work? 
  • And more!

2025 - 2026

A tryout is required to be considered for the 2025 - 2026 Year-Round team, SAS Crossover, SAS Roots and the 2026 SAS Summer program.

Ages: 

  • College Development Team: 6th-12th Grade
  • Crossover: 8th-12th Grade
  • Roots: 6th-9th Grade 
  • Summer: 6th-12th Grade 


SAS Summer 2026 Tryout Info:

All ages are welcome at this tryout.

  • #1 Sunday 4/26 | 1:00-2:45pm | Check-in: 12:45pm
  • #2 Monday 4/27 | 5:00-6:45pm | Check-in: 4:45pm
  • #3 Thursday 4/30 | 5:00-6:45pm | Check-in: 4:45pm
  • Great American Center (formerly Highline Arena), 17 Blair Road, Aberdeen, NJ (6 indoor sand courts)
  • $60 tryout fee - covers up to 2 SAS Summer tryouts
    • We strongly encourage coming to 2 tryout sessions. 
    • You will choose on the registration form. 
    • No refund for cancellations or no shows. 
  • Players will be notified of their status no later than Friday 5/1 at 6:00pm.
